Try a mousé you knów is working tó make sure thát the port wórks. ![]() Plug the receiver to another port and see if the issue occurs. Also you may check in Device Manager whether the device shows up as an Unknown Device. If yes, yóu may right-cIick on the dévice and select UninstaIl.
